Project summery

The UPSCALE project focuses on improving graduate employability and aligning higher education with labour market needs.

It develops national and institutional mechanisms for graduate tracking, strengthens university career guidance services, and pilots dual higher education pathways in partnership with employers.

By fostering evidence-based policy, capacity building, and structured collaboration among ministries, higher education institutions, employers, students, and graduates, UPSCALE contributes to sustainable job creation and more resilient higher education systems in Partner Countries.
